Nathalie Brough-Aparicio is a London-based cultural entrepreneur working at the intersection of art, public access and climate engagement. She is Managing Partner of gowithYamo, a cultural participation platform connecting audiences with exhibitions across the UK and Ireland, and co-founder of London Art+Climate Week, developed in partnership with Gallery Climate Coalition.

Her work focuses on building cultural infrastructure that expands access and supports institutional collaboration, positioning the arts as an active contributor to civic and environmental discourse.

Nathalie began her career as a conceptual artist and illustrator, with work exhibited by Tate and the Design Museum, and featured in BBC and Netflix productions. Experiencing how visual culture circulates across institutional and broadcast contexts shaped her understanding of art not simply as creative output, but as a system that influences visibility and value. This perspective informed her transition into cultural leadership.

Since 2021, she has led the growth of gowithYamo to more than 160,000 users, developing participation formats that increase gallery footfall and engage first-time audiences. In 2025, she co-founded London Art+Climate Week, convening over 25 major institutions and generating international press coverage with an estimated 2.8 million views in earned media.

She holds a BA (Hons) in Illustration from the University of Brighton, where her dissertation examined how climate imagery mobilises public engagement.
